Important Hotel Announcement!

We have been advised by the hotel that they do not have any rooms for Thursday night, October 11th, however there are still rooms available for Friday and Saturday nights. If you need a room for Wednesday and/or Thursday nights, we recommend the Hampton Inn, 2550 Paramount Pl, Fairborn, OH 45324 Phone: (937) 429-5505. This is near the event hotel. Note that we do not have any special arrangements at the Hampton or other nearby hotels. Actual room availability is unknown.

We suggest that you please use the Holiday Inn for Friday and Saturday nights, as those rooms count towards our room nights and thus keep our costs for the facility down.

We will keep trying to get rooms at the Holiday Inn for Thursday night and are taking a list on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to be on this list, send an email to our info address: Generally your name is enough information IF you already have rooms for the later nights at the Holiday Inn. You should be able to cancel your room at the Hampton up to 48 hours before check-in, but we cannot do that for you. We will not pursue getting rooms at the Holiday Inn after October 7th so that you will have time to cancel at the Hampton Inn if you wish.

Room rate is $110.00 per night. Rate is available for 3 nights before and after 10-11-18 - 10-13-18 conference.

Reservations must be made by 12:01am on 09-15-18. Any reservations made after this time is based on availability.

Airport transportation can be arranged through the hotel for a round trip cost of $30.00

A few of our memebers have volunteered to pick people up at the DAYTON airport. If this is of interest to you email your name, call, airline, flight number, expected time of arrival, number in your party, and most importantly, a cell phone we can call or text at the time of your arrival. This is being done by volunteers so we can not guarantee availablilty at the time of your arrive but we will try.
