A hotel update.

Some people have reported issues with hotel signup.

The block of rooms we have booked are for the Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

There have been some people that wanted to come a day early so the hotel added to the block some rooms for Wednesday. The demand exceeded their expectation on that night thus people were getting a message that there were no rooms available. They have increased the number of room for that portion. The unintended consequence is the website now auto populates October 2 (Wednesday) as the first night. So please make sure you check the days. We would expect most people would stay arrive October 3 and Check out on the 6th. Staying Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

If you are having any problems call the hotel directly and they will sort it out.    604 382 8222  the block is under " Weak Signal Association".

We have not finalized the planning for Thursday events but I expect the tours will be in the afternoon or evening allowing people to arrive on Thursday morning.
