The planning for the event is progressing well. We are continuing to expend significant energy on the non conference activities. I am hoping in a few days we can reveal the final plans for the spousal and social program.

Tentative schedule

The cutoff date for the reduced price hotel rooms is July 27 which is less than 2 weeks away. After that you may not get the good rate we have negotiated. Or even worse there may not be room at the onsite hotel. Book now to avoid disappointment!
